Conditions of Entry

Entrance to the property is at your own risk. The Venter Family Trust, Management and Staff will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, sickness or injuries and any costs relating to the above.

Guests must provide a valid Identity Document and Hunters must have a valid Firearm License. Hunters are subject to a daily tariff of R200 per hunter and R150 per non-hunter. This tariff does NOT INCLUDE accommodation. Additional costs are as follows: Slaughter: (R200 skinner’s fee for big game and R100 for small game). Trophy caping is the hunter’s responsibility. Food and Drink is also your responsibility.

Hunting is not permitted on SUNDAYS

Minimum party is 6 persons – Maximum is 8 persons.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due in full prior to arrival. We also require a R500 “breakage/damage” deposit which is refundable in full within 7 days of departure.
